In our next segement, we meet Gary Gray. At age 25, this young man turned his dream of becoming a filmaker into reality. Gray has directed music videos for, among others, Queen Latifa, T.L.C., Ice Cube, and Tone Loc.

This segment chronicles Gray’s road to success and gives us a behind-the-scenes look at his feature film directorial debut on the motion picture, “Friday.” Gray went on to direct the hit feature film, “Set It Off.” He was born in Manhattan, NY, and raised in South Central, Los Angeles.

Finally, we meet Terrance Davis. Once classified as “academically inept,” this brilliant young man outwitted 5,700 students in AT&T’s National Collegiate Investment Challenge. Davis received a full scholarship to Florida A&M to earn a degree in finance.
